Job Specification

Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with Finance/Account background from the recognized institution
Strong financial and accounts management experience of corporate sectors
Excellent knowledge of Taxation and Govt. TAX rules of Nepal
Good knowledge of Accounting Software (Tally Preferable)
Good knowledge of MS Office Package
Should have effective communication skills both oral and Written English & Nepali Language
Systematic and professional tasks handling and preparing the reports on time
Hard working and able to finish the tasks within the deadline
Two Wheeler License and Vehicle shall add an additional advantage

Job Description

Reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables on a regular basis
Petty Cash handling and bookkeeping of day to day petty expenses
Report to management regarding the finances of establishment
Reconciliation of bank, debtors, creditors and other accounts
Compliance of income tax, VAT regulations
To enter accounting/financial data in the accounting system (tally) and filing of documents/ supporting/ day book etc. in the file
To ensure supporting documents is timely collected/ prepared from customers to make the payment
To prepare bank reconciliation statements
Assisting/ back up of Finance/ Accounts team as and when required.
