Job Description

This is the senior management position; the position holder will be responsible for overall construction management in different part of the country including expert engineering inputs as and when required.
Sr. engineer’s day-to-day duties and responsibilities are determined by where they work, there are many core tasks associated with the role. Based on our analysis of job listings, these include:

Deliver practical engineering solutions

  • Provide onsite practical engineering solutions as per the nature of work
  • Supervise the engineering teams deployed in different construction sites
  • Amend and modify the design, drawings and workflow in agreement with clients

Cost control and contract administration

  • Responsible for overall cost control efforts
  • Takes lead role in administration of contract in hand or in pipeline
  • Takes lead role in exploration of prospective opportunities and bidding procedures
  • Responsible for financial management of the organization in collaboration with management

Quality control including safety and security

  • Follow and develop strict guideline for quality assurance of the works and the teams
  • Take lead role in required lab test of materials and construction work as stipulated in the contract and design documents
  • Fully complies to the client’s satisfaction and makes sure that the work performed are as per agreed standard
  • Assures full safety and security standard of the team members, materials
  • Make necessary and swift arrangement for any undesired incidents in the sites and in offices

Billing and reporting

  • Take lead in preparation bills and quantity estimate
  • Assures full standard of the report produced for clients and for the organization
  • Coordinate and expedite the clearance of bills and reports with clients and participate as a management team member in different forum
