Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on technical analysis and considerations.

Job Description

Oversee and manage multiple civil engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government authorities, to ensure seamless project execution.
Lead the design and engineering efforts, providing expertise in structural and civil design to meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
Implement and enforce quality assurance and control measures to guarantee the integrity and safety of civil engineering projects.
Develop and manage project budgets, providing accurate cost estimates and forecasts.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of civil engineering professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in civil engineering
