Bachelor's degree in science or engineering other STEM subjects
1-2 years of relevant experience working in the education sector with tutoring and mentoring experience will also be considered
Experience with instructional material design and research in education is preferred
Critical thinker with a strong conceptual understanding of K-12 content (Math & Science)
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in simple terms

PS :

Exceptional candidates with non-STEM bachelor's degree may be considered if the candidate has taken Math as a major subject in his/her 12th Grade
Experience of studying or working abroad will add advatage

Develop curriculum and design course structure for math and science subjects for Grades 8-10 as per the guidance from the Curriculum Development Center
Write intuitive and intriguing scripts with help from subject experts and storyboard to bring the scripts to life in the form of lecture videos and quizzes
Research and create lesson plans, conceptual quizzes, practice questions, adaptive assessments, and other technology-enabled tools to help students learn through their personalized learning path
Build a clear explanation for key concepts and implement the problem-first approach to learning
Incorporate feedback from students and insights from subject matter experts to continuously improve the offerings
Manage a team of 3-4 content developers
