This role requires to research, ideate and identify new use cases/ concepts related to technology, products and/or services. He/ She shall work closely with internal and external stakeholders for understanding of new technology trends in digital banking space and then collaborate with technical team to build a Proof of Concepts of such technology, use cases and/or products.

Job Specification:

• At least University degree in Engineering/IT/IS/IM, Science or related field. Masters preferred.
• Should be passionate about future technology research and data with good understanding of  digital banking or financial platforms and services.
• At least 5 years of experience with 2 years in Fintech industry in concept development, technology design, development or implementation. 
• Ability to learn, understand and research on new technologies, innovative concepts and ability to translate into products/services as an individual and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
• Should have deep understanding of the payment market landscape and ability to identify and adopt technology trends and use cases. Exposure on FinTech regulations expected
• Experience in design and development of financial applications, integration services, API management, data analytics and future technologies will be advantage. 
• Knowledge in computer languages, databases, network technologies and. Understanding of Web Services, XML, Message Queue, FTP, financial messaging will be advantage.
• Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment is crucial.
