Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Schedule, organize and manage in-house and external events
  • Research deals or suppliers to get the best advantageous outcome for the company and employees; also negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Keep attention to budgetary constraints of the company and make sure that all internal spendings are verified.
  • Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

  • Take initiatives for the maintenance and proper use of the fixed assets of the organization
