Job Description

Reports to: Executive Director/ Financial Analyst

Coordinate with: Chairperson, Directors, and Admin Personnel

  • To ensure timely preparation and reporting of all accounting entries.
  • To support internal and external auditors and consultants with all necessary documents and information.
  • To coordinate with banks and revenue authorities.
  • To handle customer and supplier queries. 
  • To ensure timely billing and follow up against the same.
  • To ensure timely preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
  • To help implementation of suggestions from advisors and consultants.
  • To report on unusual happenings for the benefit of organization.
  • To maintain books of accounts in true and fair manner.
  • To ensure implementation of financial and operational policies.
  • To help management in any other required activities.
