Reports to: Executive Director/ Financial Analyst
Coordinate with: Chairperson, Directors, and Admin Personnel
- To ensure timely preparation and reporting of all accounting entries.
- To support internal and external auditors and consultants with all necessary documents and information.
- To coordinate with banks and revenue authorities.
- To handle customer and supplier queries.
- To ensure timely billing and follow up against the same.
- To ensure timely preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
- To help implementation of suggestions from advisors and consultants.
- To report on unusual happenings for the benefit of organization.
- To maintain books of accounts in true and fair manner.
- To ensure implementation of financial and operational policies.
- To help management in any other required activities.
