Education and Experience:

• Fresher with higher Secondary degree (+ 2) in any relevant field
• Higher Secondary degree (+ 2) in any relevant field with more than 1 years’ experience in Development Sector. 

Knowledge & Skills:

• Understanding of poverty issues, development theories and sustainable development practices
• Knowledge of  organizational policies and standards, including Sponsorship standards
• Strong understanding of community dynamics with skills to communicate and build rapport with children and community
• Strong coordination skills with local level stakeholders (Rural municipalities, Municipalities Parents, school management committee, child clubs, health institutions, rural municipality, cooperatives and various community groups)
• Good translation skills both English to Nepali and vice versa
• Computer and Technology literacy; Good computer skills including Word and Excel
• Latest technology friendly (Use of Smart phones, digital cameras, tablets)
• Good communication and Facilitation skills in local language and Nepali
  

Work Environment:

• Field Based position with frequent travel to district office (at least monthly)
• Willingness to work outside office hours especially when traveling and working with sponsor/donor visits, death/accident cases of  Sponsor children, emergencies and Sponsorship peak hours
