Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders in infants and young children.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans based on each child’s needs, strengths, and challenges
• Monitor children’s progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide expert guidance and counseling to families and caregivers to support children’s development at home
• Participate in outreach camps organized by the organization in various regions of the country
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, and special educators, to provide integrated support for the children.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting children
• Willingness to travel for camps and outreach programs

Salary and Benefits:

• NRs. 55,000+ (Master’s in Speech and Language Pathology)
• NRs. 45,000+ (Bachelor in Speech and Language Pathology)
