Job Description

A new early intervention centre is looking for kind, passionate and hard working speech therapist (part-time/full-time) to join the team. As a Speech Therapist at Joy Child Development and Counseling Centre, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in our young clients. With your experience working with special needs children, you will provide individualized therapy plans and collaborate with other therapists to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for clients
  • Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals in a team-based approach to treatment
  • Monitor and track client progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
  • Provide education and training to parents and caregivers on how to support their child's communication abilities
