Position: Specialist-ICT/ Connectivity, Service Delivery

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development of ICT products, ensuring they align with market demands and technological trends.
Lead entire GTM process for launch of ICT Product & Solution.
Define and design technical architecture for ICT products and solutions, considering scalability, security, and performance.
Oversee the implementation and deployment of ICT solutions, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Integrate ICT solutions with existing infrastructure and third-party systems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
Conduct testing procedures to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of ICT products and solutions.
Create comprehensive technical documentation for ICT products and solutions, including user guides and technical specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
Identify areas for improvement in existing products and propose enhancements or new features.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to guide product development strategies.
Lead Product Lifecycle management, Customer Lifecycle management.
Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and provide technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales phases.

Qualifications and experience:

Master’s Degree / Professional Degree with 4 years of relevant experience in the field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, OR Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience in the field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering.
Experience in solution deployment, operations, and partner collaboration including hands-on experience in deployment, configuration or complex system and solution including software, hardware or integrated system will be preferred.

Profile:

Industry-recognized certifications in areas such as solution architecture, network design, cloud or specific technologies relevant to the role.
Expertise in understanding and developing and launching ICT products, preferably in a B2B context.
Proven experience in designing and end-to-end solutions, considering technical requirements and business objectives.
Experience in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and monitoring of product development projects.
Demonstrated experience in client interactions, understanding client needs, and providing technical support.
Open mindset and sharing learnings.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Innovative thinking to contribute to the improvement and optimization of products and solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and across departments.
Adaptability to changing technologies and business requirements.
Familiarity with the specific industry domain and verticals served by the organization.
A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality ICT products and solutions.
Ability to think strategically and align product development with long-term business goals.
