Purpose:

To manage customer lifecycle and product lifecycle of Digital and content services and grow non-telco business of Ncell.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce wide range of digital services and Content products with various solutions to drive subscriber acquisition, usage and retention.
  • Prepare business cases, plan and ensure an effective implementation of the products and campaigns
  • Manage customer and product life cycle for all digital services and content to boost the company’s revenue and its popularity in the market strengthening Ncell’s brand image.
  • Gather data, analyze competition and research the customer requirements to identify gaps in a company’s offering and produce innovative digital services and solutions.
  • Work closely with Marketing Communication, Sales, Customer Experience & Support team and business partners to ensure a holistic approach for integrated Go-To-Market initiative.
  • Work closely with engineering, IT, Finance and other support functions to develop, implement and commercially launch the digital services and solutions.
  • Creation of dashboard in different tools and Monitor and perform analysis of launched Products and Solutions performance data with the targets and do necessary course of actions to achieve the desired result from the product.
  • Extracting data from different data base using different query tools for analyzing the data.
  • Identify the need of different reports to understand business and preparation of different reports on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
  • To check the campaign/service effectiveness and propose the necessary changes in campaigns/services to uplift the campaign/service uptake and implementation.
  • Collaborate with different digital services partners in and outside the country to implement and launch different digital services and content products with various solutions.
  • Provide ideas on new and customizing the existing business and operational processes related to the team to make business outcome more efficient.
  • Keep track of customer feedback, complaints, suggestion and work for improvement to provide exceptional customer experience.
  • Demonstrate proactive approach in frauds/ revenue leakages by identifying and resolving new/existing issues.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree / Professional Degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience

  • In-depth knowledge of consumer and enterprise electronics and telecommunication ecosystem: mobile application, data etc.

  • Excellent knowledge of GSM and IT technologies

  • Legislative and normative legal acts of Nepal, methodical documents on marketing organization and study of financial and economical market conditions
  • Readiness at any time for geographically movement of duty station as per business need and requirements
  • Readiness to take any Business responsibilities in the company as per business need and requirements

Duty Station: Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs.
