Spare Parts Officer

The Spare Parts Officer will manage spare parts inventory and handle day-to-day parts and billing activities. The role will also provide operational support to the Accounts Department as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory.
• Receive, inspect, record, and issue spare parts as required.
• Process parts billing, invoices, and related documentation accurately and on time.
• Prepare and issue gate passes for parts and materials.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement to avoid shortages.
• Maintain records of parts usage, returns, damaged items, and stock movements.
• Handle petty cash and maintain proper supporting documents.
• Assist with stock counts, reconciliation, and audit activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding parts orders and deliveries.
• Support the Accounts Department with billing, documentation, and other tasks when required.
