Job Description

  • Possess advanced culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisines, culinary techniques, and fine dining presentation to meet the restaurant's high standards.
  • Responsible for supervising the kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and refine the restaurant's menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients, innovative flavors, and artistic plating.
  • Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure all dishes meet or exceed the restaurant's international fine dining expectations in terms of taste, presentation, and consistency.
  • Ensure the kitchen adheres to all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain the highest levels of hygiene and safety in food preparation.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage by implementing efficient portion control and inventory tracking systems.
  • Shall have the necessary skills required to work  for a international standard  fine dining restaurant.
