Job Description

Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
Report for duty punctually, in the correct uniform, clean and neatly pressed
Strictly follow HACCP Standard determined by Organization
Make sure all the kitchen bridged are following proper cooking instruction, proper HACCP instruction
Check any maintenance issues and report immediately
Prepare requisition of product for daily and weekly
Fully assist to Executive Chef during busy operation handling hot section including grill, stove and oven
In absence of Executive Chef, make sure any food pass through is up to the standard, quality and proper quantity
Assist on daily invoice entry and weekly inventory to executive chef
Make sure to make proper communication with Floor Supervisor or duty on manager for any special events, booking and functions
Make sure the kitchen is clean and tidy all the time
Make a final checkup after every operation of day and fulfill necessary HACCP checklist
