Experienced in supporting the functional and technical needs of the sales cycle in CRM/ERP/e-Commerce applications
Knowledge of financial packages and accounting principles are preferred
Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
Be independent and self-motivated
Ability to work in a team with peers
Ability to quickly understand new technologies
Be proactive and take initiative to explore new solutions
Fluency in English & Nepali (spoken & written)

Individuals in this role are responsible for conducting needs assessment, product demonstrations, configuring proof of concept applications
Answering product related questions, and assisting the Sales Rep in product areas throughout the sales cycle
Interact with the potential customer on the requirements and possibilities of products and services
Consult and counsel potential customer on products and services
Provide organization’s propositions on products and services, submit proposals
Able to understand contractual scope, deliverables, risks and limitations as well as operational practice and architecture
Perform all other technical duties as assigned
