Job Description

We are looking for a Support Engineer with a techno/functional medium role, working with multiple service providers & stake holders focusing more on providing support in solving technical and functional related issues. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate daily with a team of Software Developers, Architect, and other stakeholders to support applications.
  •  Interact directly with business customers to gather and understand requirements and how they translate in application features.
  • Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support. 
  • Raise support tickets or analyse tickets raised by customers.
  • Revise, update, refactor and debug code as required.
  • Test and deploy applications and systems. 
  • Documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). 
  • Provide training to end users on the software.

 Skill Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in SDLC (software development life-cycle), Object Oriented or Functional Programming language (such as: JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, etc.).
  • Working experience in any RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL, MS-SQL or Postures. 
  • Strong communication skills in English and local language. 
  • Confident, keen to learn about new technologies. 
  • Self-motivated, eye to detail on tasks.
  • Good team-player.
