  • Must have completed Bachelor level (BBA, BIM or BCIS)
  • Less than or equals to 1 year of experience
  • Candidate having knowledge of accounting and share market are highly preferred
  • Interpersonal, communication, presentation and adaptability skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Aptitude for fostering positive customer relationship
  • Must be effective in working independently and in a team
  • Candidate having valid driving license and 2 wheeler preferred

Job Description

  • Provide Support, training and troubleshooting for software users
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Provide training to clients to use software products
  • Address customer concerns and issues regarding software operation
  • Troubleshoot minor problems
  • Assist supervisor to gather software/application/website requirements from the client and prepare necessary documents
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Visiting clients when needed
  • Other duties as assigned 

Probation: 6 months
