Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Provide Support, training and troubleshooting for software users
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Provide training to clients to use software products
Address customer concerns and issues regarding software operation
Troubleshoot minor problems
Assist supervisor to gather software/application/website requirements from the client and prepare necessary documents
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Visiting clients when needed
Other duties as assigned

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Must have completed Bachelor level (BBA, BIM or BCIS)
Less than or equals to 1 year of experience
Candidate having knowledge of accounting and share market are highly preferred
Interpersonal, communication, presentation and adaptability skills
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Aptitude for fostering positive customer relationship
Must be effective in working independently and in a team
Candidate having valid driving license and 2 wheeler preferred
