CrossOver Nepal, leading SOFTWARE provider for Hotel and Restaurants business, is seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. As a mid-level member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth via different marketing activities. This position requires a high level of professionalism and a strong sales background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is to create potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media platforms.
• Pitch to qualify leads and set meetings for demo of software
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
• Create and deliver presentations to showcase our products and services to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to the management team.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SOFTWARE MARKETING.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
