Cedar Gate Services is looking for a Software QA Automation Manager who is responsible for leading the automation team within the quality assurance department. The role involves managing a team of automation engineers to design, develop, and implement automated test scripts and frameworks for Cedar Gate products. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute automation test plans and strategies, including identifying appropriate test methodologies and tools to achieve optimal test coverage and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Products QA teams to identify areas of the application that can be automated and lead the design and implementation of automated tests to ensure high-quality software products. 
• Manage a team of automation engineers to ensure the timely delivery of automation framework development tasks, provide guidance and mentor the team members, and ensure compliance with the organization's standards and guidelines. 
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and libraries to ensure efficient and effective automation testing across multiple applications/products. 
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement automation testing tools to improve the automation testing process, reduce testing time, and increase the accuracy of test results. 
• Create and maintain documentation related to test automation processes, results, and metrics. Provide reports on the status and progress of automation testing efforts to stakeholders. 
• Grant least privilege access to resources and Revoke access for resources rotating off the team or leaving the company. 
• Monitor resource utilization and their performance.
