The Software Project Manager is responsible for managing software projects and seeing them through from start to finish. They are required to manage tech resources, delegate tasks, as well as ensure the project is successfully delivered on time.

*Key Responsibilities: *

• Scoping - Ensure that a project plan includes all the work relevant to achieve the project's objectives. This is to be completed when pitching for new clients, as well, so that accurate quotations can be provided to prospective clients.
• Project Planning - After requirements are handed over to the Project Manager, they will create a project plan. This requires estimating timelines, as well as establishing staffing and resource requirements for successful completion.
• Project Monitoring and Control - Project Manager is responsible to lead and motivate the team, track progress, help solve critical problems as well as document project progress.
• Communication - Update project status to internal (team) and external stakeholders (client, etc)
