Job Description

The Software Engineer is responsible for assisting the software development Team Leader in analyzing user's requirements and designing the system to be developed. Candidate is also responsible for estimating the cost and time involved for the system to be developed in consultation with Team Leader. The following paragraph presents specific tasks:

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Pre-Contract Tasks

The candidate shall establish contacts with the client for system requirements/pre-contract analysis of the intended work. The pre-contract task will involve the following:

Volume and time frame required
Cost Analysis
Type of expertise required

2. Main Tasks

Consultation with clients
System Analysis/Design
System Development and pseudo coding if required.
Coordination with co-workers in the project.
He shall be responsible for informing/updating the project to the Team Leader.
