• Acceptance rate for each sprint should be > 80%
• Follows standard coding practices and guidelines

• Participates in discussion during standup, sprint planning and sprint retrospectives

Required Skills:

• Experienced with Object Oriented PHP, MVC and development frameworks (preferred Symfony)
• Experience with RDBMS (MySQL) and able to write and understand queries
• Experience with ORM, preferably Doctrine.
• Knowledge of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS) and software design patterns
• Experience on API development and knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks like Angular or React
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX and Jquery
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git
• Experience with TDD
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum Practices and Tools like Jira (preferred)
• Experience with Docker and CICD tools like Jenkins will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of LAMP stack.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of programming and software development experience
