Fightback is a sexual violence risk reduction education program in Nepal. It offers a comprehensive program that integrates both soft skills and physical techniques for addressing violence and harassment. Fightback has made significant strides in our mission to address violence and harassment. Our in-person training and outreach have now benefited a total of 111,500 individuals, spanning 35 districts in Nepal. This includes 61,500 women and girls, as well as 50,000 boys, men, parents, and teachers. Specifically, 54,000 girls and 7,500 women have received training, along with 38,500 boys, 5,000 men, 5,700 parents, and 800 teachers.
FightBack International is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working globally to reduce the risk of sexual violence by empowering women, girls, and communities with mental, vocal, and physical skills. In Nepal, FightBack operates through its local entity, FightBack Nepal a registered non-profit entity headquartered in Bagdole, Lalitpur.

Upon completion of this program, you will be responsible for training girls and boys to develop these mental and vocal safety skills to respond against the threat of violence and harassment.
