Job Description

Position type: Full time

Work location: Baghdole, Lalitpur

Position Summary:

This position will facilitate on providing training to develop mental and vocal skills (education side) of self-defense education, in order to prevent and mitigate the risk of sexual violence. The candidate will be responsible for training girls and boys in developing these mental and vocal safety skills to respond against the threat of sexual violence. The candidate will first undergo a rigorous Train the trainer program before being handed the training responsibility. Due to the COVID situation the training will be done through video conference technology. 

Scope of Work

A Soft Skill Trainer will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Train the trainees according to the standards and skills learned in the Fightback TTT training program
  • Conduct training online using video conference technology or may be deployed to the field, if the COVID situation is improved

Reporting Supervision and Performance Evaluation:

The soft skill trainer will report to the Head soft skill trainer and the managing director.
