Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Social Worker to support Trafficking in Persons (TIP) survivors. The role also includes preparing progress reports and ensuring effective case management to support the rehabilitation and protection of survivors

Key Responsibilities:

Necessary communication with TIP stakeholders under the supervision of ACT Lead.
Coordinate with the Litigator to process the legal prosecution in TIP case.
Initiate the home visits and family meetings
Prepare the progress as per individual case
Maintain the individual case management of TIP survivor.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Ability to work in multi-culture
Deep knowledge of human trafficking, the practice of a victim-centric approach
Knowledge of strategy communication
Working experience in the Nepali legal system (especially TIP)
Time flexible and teamwork.
Experience in cross-border rescue & repatriation
Completed Bachelor's degree in Social Work

Note: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Pokhara or nearby areas.
