• To be responsible for and lead on the development and delivery of WTMY’s current and future holistic social work prevention and intervention packages to street based children and young people and families at risk aged 0-26 years old in partnership with the WTMY Programme Manager. The focus of this team is promoting resilience, protection and reducing risks through a range of services and emergency relief
  
• To manage a caseload of young people to provide one to one key work with young people experiencing complex issues and provide crisis management.
  
• To lead on the development and provision of holistic assessments, goal setting and intervention packages using evidence-based, solution focused, young people-centred approaches
  
• To provide services in a whole family capacity where practical and safe to do so
