We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Studies Teacher to join our team and inspire students in the Middle Level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching Social Studies and a commitment to fostering critical thinking and global awareness among students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging Social Studies lessons that align with the curriculum standards.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Foster inquiry-based learning and encourage students to analyze historical events, geographical concepts, and societal issues.
• Integrate technology and real-world examples into lessons to enhance student engagement and understanding.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and respected.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units and promote cross-curricular connections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
• Prior experience teaching Social Studies at the middle level.
• Strong content knowledge in Social Studies topics, including history, geography, civics, and economics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
