Institution for Suitable Actions for Prosperity (ISAP) is now implementing 5-year project named JNS Agriculture Promotion Project in Nepal (APPIN) funded by Japan Nepal Society (JNS), Tokyo. The project aims to increase the income of community people by encouraging the production and marketing of high-quality vegetables and fruits, thereby promoting business and industrialization of the agriculture sector. 

The position holder will be responsible for the following: 

• Facilitate /support the project implementation process to ensure the project activities are accomplished within the set quality/quantity and time
• Ensure that capacity development activities, awareness-raising activities, knowledge and information sharing, and formal capacity development activities, particularly in social mobilization reach farmer groups.
• Assist in conducting need based surveys and assessments as visualized in the program document
• Provide support to the project team  in planning for orientation and training activities in the target areas
• Actively participate and facilitate farmer groups meeting and identify challenges and opportunities faced by them during the project implementation period
• Assist in mitigating the identified opportunities and challenges in consultation of Project Manager and Team Leader
• Involve in data collection required for the project
• Support in the documentation of reports, case stories, success stories, photos, and videos related to the project
• Any other activity assigned by senior staff.
