Change Action Nepal, a non-governmental organization formed and led by women only and registered in District Administration Office (DAO) Lalitpur, and affiliated with Social Welfare Council (SWC), established in 2016 with aims to empowering marginalized and rural women and rescuing and rehabilitating the women and children at risk and human trafficking through livelihood, education and psychosocial counselling programs in coordination and collaboration with national and international partners, stakeholders, policy makers and community since its establishment , Change Action Nepal has direct project intervention in 4 districts of Nepal namely Nuwakot ,Kathmandu ,Lalitpur and Sindhupalchowk. Along Side, we run different capacity building programs and awareness campaigns covering the entire nation.

Job Description

  • Demonstrates commitment to Change Action Nepal core values
  • Displays cultural, gender, child, religious, ethnicity and age sensitivity and adaptability
  • Work prioritization, the ability to multitask and willingness to go the extra mile to support what the job demands is a must
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy confidentiality
  • Good field level planning and coordination skills to ensure a wide variety of activities, often with an urgent nature, to be carried out in an efficient and economic manner
  • To communicate and orient the community about the objectives of project and organization
  • To work of community mobilization under the direct supervision of program Coordinator
  • To manage the local level meeting, group discussion, orientation for the activities as per the project objective
  • To mobilize the community of project area as guided by Project coordinator
  • To support to manage the all regular meeting, coordination meeting, training in filed level
  • To conduct orientation and training on Livelihood, Gender equality, Child marriage, and other human right related issues
  • To   help facilitate and conduct public audit
  • To coordinate the local stakeholders such as ward char person and members, ward secretariat, schools authorities, health post authorities, political parties and other related organizations on the field
  • To collect and prepare the data as required for the project
  • To support to identify the need of training and workshop and assist to program coordinator to conduct them
  • To submit the regular report on event, monthly, quarterly, trimester basis as per requirement to the Project coordinator
  • To perform the work as per rules and regulations of organization and he/she has to in contact with organization at any time
