जिल्ला संयोजकको मुख्य जीम्मेवारी/दायित्वहरुः

जिल्लमा संचालन भईरहेको कार्यक्रमको अनुगमन र निरिक्षण गर्ने,
जिल्ला र गाउँपालिका स्तरमा रहेका सरकारी, गैह्रसरकारी र अन्य साझेदार निकायहरुसँग समन्वय गर्ने र सम्बन्धलाई सुमधुर राख्ने,
कार्यक्रमको लागि चाहिने आवश्यक प्रबन्ध मिलाउने
संचालन भईरहेको कार्यक्रमको लेखाजोखा ,राखने
सामाजिक परिचालक र सि.सि.ए हरुको कामलाई अनुगमन र निरिक्षण गर्ने,
मासिक कार्यक्रमको योजना तयार गर्ने,
मासिक प्रतिवेदन तयार गरि क्षेत्रिय प्रबन्धकलाई बुझाउने

न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता

BPH/ B.Sc. Nursing/B.Ed. Health अथवा HA/Staff Nurse/ANM/CMA उत्र्तीण गरि कुनै पनि विषयमा स्नातक तह उत्र्तीण गरेको ।

न्यूनतम अनुभव

३ वर्ष समुदाय स्तर वा जिल्ला स्तरमा परिवार नियोजन र प्रजन्न स्वास्थ क्षेत्रमा काम गरेको ।
