Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of social media platforms, but not limited to, answering customer inquiries, responding to community participation on posts/stories to help increase engagement and partnership inquiries on all social media platforms
  • Responsible for executing and optimizing paid media ads (social, publishing, etc.)
  • Report on campaign performance while sharing consumer insights. Be able to tell a story with data.
  • Brainstorm new ideas to increase engagement and grow audiences and work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging, creative content and campaigns that will build community engagement and awareness.
  • Seek out potential partners to help grow brand awareness through giveaways, Instagram Live collaborations, and potential sponsorships.
  • Monitor and participate in the online conversation via posts to build brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Keep up to date on current events and pop culture to effectively leverage trends and apply them to social content needs and campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Craft and maintain content delivery schedules and meet deadlines as needed.
  • Serve as back up to support tasks of the Marketing Department
