• Responsible to manage/track and evaluate all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Viber and Instagram
• Identify the target audience and develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness, channel growth and increase engagement
• Manage editorial calendar and content aligning with various departments
• Create engaging multimedia content working closely with our relevant team
• Manage and facilitate social media communities/Fan club by responding to social media posts and developing discussions and engagements
• Present creative ideas for social media campaigns that ensures lot of engagement.
• Manage workloads, prioritise and deliver projects within agreed deadlines
• Ongoing awareness and interest in social media trends across social media and online video
• Technical knowledge of chroma screen and audio system necessary to conduct live streams
• To take full ownership for ideating, planning and producing high quality livestream content shows for Daraz on it's social media platforms as well as app
• Coordinate and arrange required things needed to conduct live streams
