Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent design skills using tools like Canva and CapCut, and the ability to create engaging video content. 

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: 

• Manage and oversee all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). 
• Schedule and publish posts consistently to maintain an active online presence. 
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 

Content Creation:

• Design visually appealing posters, banners, and graphics using Canva. 
• Create and edit engaging video content using CapCut or similar tools. 
• Develop creative and compelling copy for posts, captions, and advertisements. 

Content Strategy:

• Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into campaigns. 
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. 

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions). 
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. 

Community Engagement:

• Build and nurture an active online community by engaging with followers and fostering meaningful interactions. 
• Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand advocates to amplify reach. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation. 
• Proficiency in Canva for designing social media graphics and posters. 
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data. 
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred. 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). 
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles. 
• Basic photography skills for creating original content.
