Strategy Development & Campaign Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns (paid and organic) across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Content Creation & Community Engagement:

  • Create and curate compelling content (text, image, video) for social channels.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar to maintain regular posting schedules.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build brand loyalty.
  • Monitor and manage user-generated content and community interactions.

Social Media Advertising:

  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Manage budgets, track spending, and measure ROI from ad campaigns.

Trend Monitoring & Brand Awareness:

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Identify emerging platforms or features and explore their potential for brand growth.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions).
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Hootsuite to assess performance.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve strategies and engagement rates.
