We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Handling Manager to join our team at Bridge International Consultancy and Migration Private Limited (BICM). The Social Media Handling Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing BICM's online presence, engagement, and brand awareness across various social media platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with BICM's marketing and business goals.
Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) ensuring consistent and engaging content.
Create, curate, and schedule content for social media posts, campaigns, and advertisements.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
Analyze social media metrics, track performance, and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platforms, and implement best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing and content creation teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall marketing efforts.
Develop partnerships and collaborations with influencers, organizations, and other stakeholders to expand BICM's social media reach.
Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and company policies regarding social media usage.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a track record of successful social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Nepali is an advantage.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Experience in the education, consultancy, or migration services industry is a plus.
