Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence, engage our audience, and promote our mission.

About the Role:

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and foster a vibrant online community. You will be the voice of Education Asia on various platforms, creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Schedule posts and manage content calendars.
  • Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.   
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Education Asia's goals and objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, website traffic) and generate regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Ads Management: Support the development and execution of social media campaigns to promote events, initiatives, and fundraising efforts.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments including external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all platforms.
  • Crisis Management: Address and mitigate any negative social media activity or online crises.
