Responsibilities:

• Handle social media accounts and respond to queries from students regarding studying abroad.
• Provide phone counseling to students and address their concerns and queries regarding studying abroad.
• Guide students about various aspects of studying abroad such as fee structure, scholarship options, English and academic requirements.
• Assist students in selecting suitable universities based on their preferences and academic background.
• Gather and update intake details of universities and course offerings, and communicate them to students effectively.
• Conduct presentations and workshops for students on studying abroad opportunities.
• Facilitate and participate in education fairs and events to promote study abroad programs.
• Stay updated with the latest information and trends in the education industry, specifically related to international programs.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and efficient counseling experience for students.
