Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. This role focuses on content execution, community engagement, influencer coordination, and performance analysis, aligned with our sales campaigns and e-commerce strategy (especially Daraz).

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Coordination

Create engaging posts, reels, shorts, and stories aligned with brand guidelines
Write compelling captions and basic copy for campaigns
Coordinate closely with graphic designers and video editors
Use tools like Canva and CapCut for quick content creation

Influencer & Campaign Coordination

Coordinate with influencers and creators
Guide influencers to create content aligned with brand campaigns and messaging
Track influencer performance and campaign outcomes

Platform & Calendar Management

Manage social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok
Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with:
Sales campaigns
Daraz offers & mega campaigns
Product launches and brand activities
Manage basic content needs for e-commerce platforms (Daraz & others)

Community Engagement

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally
Build strong relationships with followers and customers
Escalate customer issues to relevant teams when required

Analytics, Research & Strategy Support

Monitor performance metrics: reach, engagement, growth, conversions
Prepare basic reports and insights to improve content strategy
Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Stay updated with current social media trends and formats
Support social media campaign planning and execution

Paid Social (Basic Level)

Assist in running and monitoring basic paid social media ads
Track ad performance and share insights

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory for the right candidate)

Experience & Knowledge

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Familiarity with Daraz or similar e-commerce platforms is a big plus

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Canva and CapCut
Familiar with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Basic understanding of social media marketing & digital marketing

Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and decision-making ability
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Working Hours

10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Standard office hours)
Flexibility required for real-time engagement, campaigns, or live trends
