The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content for Gyan Career Institute’s social media platforms. This role requires familiarity with trending social media platforms and the ability to face the camera for content creation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how educational consultancy services operate, aiding in the creation of both organic and collaborative content. Additionally, the role involves handling social media queries and assisting in conversion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and create engaging content, including videos, graphics, and written posts, that align with the company’s objectives.
- Stay updated with current trends and integrate them into the content strategy.
On-Camera Presence:
- Create video content, including live sessions, webinars, and informational videos.
- Engage with the audience through interactive and visually appealing content.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts on various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Schedule and publish content regularly, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence online.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media channels for queries, comments, and messages, responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster and grow the online community by engaging with followers and encouraging positive interactions.
Collaborative Content:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, educational institutions, and other relevant partners to create content that promotes the institute’s services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media activities, including engagement metrics, growth statistics, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in social media management within the educational consultancy sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
