About the job

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive / Compliance Client Servicing professional. The main responsibilities include managing social media marketing and compliance tasks, servicing and communicating with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves handling finance-related tasks.

Details:

Position: Social Media Executive

Location: Balkumari

Salary: 20000 to 30000

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar field.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree

Note: Candidates with two wheeler are preferred.

Job Descriptions:

Develop and execute content calendars tailored to clients' goals and target audiences.

Create and schedule engaging content across diverse platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities.

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand content.

Foster relationships with followers and influencers to enhance brand loyalty and reach.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.

Regularly communicate with clients to update them on social media activities, performance metrics, and campaign progress.

Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Monitor social media analytics to track performance metrics and optimize strategies.

Prepare reports detailing key insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Run successful ad campaigns on Facebook & Google Ad Platforms
