  • Bachelor's in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing/related field, with at least one year of prior work experience in social media/marketing or a similar role

  • Social media management and content creation skills are required in the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter and TikTok 
  • Proficient writing, editing and proofreading skills required
  • Previous experience in digital marketing and social media analytics is highly desirable
  • This is a full-time position

Expectations: 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Nepali
  • Proven work experience in social media/marketing/related field
  • Demonstrated graphic designing experience (Photoshop, Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability in content creation
  • Demonstrated experience in writing, editing and proofreading written content.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively develop, design and execute a social media strategy including creating a  social media calendar
  • Create and curate engaging visual and written content for Tavisi’s social media platforms aligned to the brand’s vision, mission and values
  • Responsibly coordinate with external partners, such as agencies and influencers, and act as a focal point to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns,  posts/stories/videos and other work
  • Write, edit and proofread written and visual content to ensure accuracy of information and language in all marketing, branding and communication material keeping in mind Tavisi’s vision, mission, values, target audience and branding guidelines
  • Responsibly manage and maintain the company's social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok: schedule timely posting of stories/posts/videos, promptly and politely handle all enquiries and engage with customers/users, and effectively act on lead generation
  • Independently manage Tavisi’s Instagram shop
  • Take the lead in developing the organization’s TikTok presence and increasing reach
  • Independently run ad campaigns and boost posts
  • Design materials such as stories, posts, videos, website photos, greeting cards, etc. using a designing software such as Canva/Photoshop/Adobe Suite/Figma/etc. while keeping in mind the Tavisi brand
  • Organize, manage, research and/or participate in events, markets, fairs, etc. and represent the company brand effectively
  • Coordinate with vendors to devise marketing campaigns, packages, discounts and offers
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to increase engagement and reach; stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Maintain and update the organization’s marketing and communication materials including business cards, envelopes, letterheads, etc.
  • Assist the marketing, communication, PR and media efforts of the organization
  • Provide any other support or carry out any other task as requested by the Executive  Chairperson and Director
