Job Description

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will understand social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation. This role requires someone who can manage daily social media activities, analyze performance data, and collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content. The Social Media Coordinator will play a crucial role in executing our social media strategies, running ad campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Posting and Scheduling:

  • Plan, post, and schedule social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) using social media management tools.
  • Ensure timely and consistent posting according to the content calendar.

Social Media Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze social media performance reports to track key metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions).
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing social media strategies based on data.

Ads Management and Analytics:

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns to achieve desired outcomes (e.g., increased brand awareness, lead generation).
  • Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, and allocate budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign results and prepare detailed reports.

Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the content creators, designers, and other team members to develop compelling social media content.
  • Communicate client feedback and coordinate with the team to implement changes.
  • Copywriting and Creative Development:
  • Write engaging and brand-aligned copy for social media posts, ads, and other digital content.
  • Work with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and produce high-quality visual and written content.

Qualifications:

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
  • Experience with social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong copywriting skills and an eye for design.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).

Reporting Line:

  • Reports to: Social Media Manager or Executive Manager.
  • Collaborates with: Content Creators, Designers, and Ad Specialists.
