Social Media Management: Manage the consultancy's social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Schedule posts, maintain an active posting calendar, and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote specific programs, events, or partnerships. Coordinate with teams to align social media strategies with broader recruitment goals.
Audience Engagement: Monitor social media interactions, respond to comments and direct messages promptly, and engage with followers to build a strong online community. This includes fostering relationships with prospective students and their parents.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media content using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics). Provide regular reports on key metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and follower growth, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Trend Research and Adaptation: Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes. Adapt content strategies to incorporate trending formats and maximize audience reach and engagement.
