Required Skill:

  • Bachelors cleared, preferred in marketing.

  • Strong writing skills to craft compelling captions, promotional copy, and educational content that resonates with prospective students and their parents.
  • Understanding how to plan and execute social media campaigns. This includes knowing how to grow the audience, increase engagement, and target relevant demographics for student recruitment (particularly across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok).
  • Knowledge of using social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics) to track performance and optimize content strategies.
  • Keeping up-to-date with social media trends and understanding how to adapt strategies to the latest tools, features, and algorithms across different platforms.

Job Description

  •  Content Development: Create, design, and edit high-quality, engaging visual and written content (including images, videos, and infographics) that effectively promotes the consultancy's services, partnerships with universities, and student success stories.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the consultancy's social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Schedule posts, maintain an active posting calendar, and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote specific programs, events, or partnerships. Coordinate with teams to align social media strategies with broader recruitment goals.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor social media interactions, respond to comments and direct messages promptly, and engage with followers to build a strong online community. This includes fostering relationships with prospective students and their parents.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media content using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics). Provide regular reports on key metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and follower growth, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Trend Research and Adaptation: Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes. Adapt content strategies to incorporate trending formats and maximize audience reach and engagement.
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Recruitment Teams: Work closely with the marketing and student recruitment teams to align content with broader marketing initiatives, recruitment events, and university partnerships. Ensure all content supports the consultancy’s goals and messaging.
