Understanding of using social media to build profile and influence in communications campaigns
Comfortable at ensuring that social media content remains within brand guidelines
General knowledge of design in order to create visually appealing graphics to coordinate with appropriate posts
Up-to-date with the latest trends/developments in social media communications

Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews
Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management
Analyse campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans
Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
Handle all the e-commerce platforms to process overall sales (upload products, process orders, replying to queries, etc)
