Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and executing online marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand presence and grow audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop platform-specific content calendars
  • Align social goals with business goals (sales, awareness, engagement)
  • Identify and target key audience segments
  • Plan content around product launches, holidays, events, trends

Content Creation & Management

  • Work with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors
  • Craft engaging copy (captions, stories, CTAs, hooks)
  • Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms

Community Engagement

  • Respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and tagged content
  • Build relationships with influencers, partners, and followers
  • Monitor brand sentiment and handle customer service issues

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, followers, CTR, conversions)
  • Use data to improve future content and campaigns
  • Prepare monthly reports with insights and suggestions

Paid Social Advertising

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
