Social Media and Marketing Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping to grow our brand presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok)
• Create engaging and original content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, etc.) that aligns with brand voice and goals
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and marketing campaigns using analytics tools
• Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including email marketing, events, and promotions
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Manage online communities, respond to messages and comments, and engage with followers
• Assist in creating and updating marketing materials and presentations

Preference will be given to candidates who reside near Baluwatar. We’re planning to go for the international market, and they will get exposure and a massive learning experience from industry experts whom we have hired on a retainer.
