Education Level : Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/Ib)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year
Professional Skill Required : Site Supervision Communication Problem Solving
Other Specification
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma (CTEVT)/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduate or a Minimum 1 year of working experience in the respective field is required for this position, preferably background from contractor.
  • Required skill(s): good working knowledge in both written and spoken in Nepali and English.
  • Good supervisory skills, good communication

Job Description

  • Able to understand the design drawings
  • Plan and execute the tasks given with optimum use of resources
  • Day-by-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
  • Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
  • Strong will and high courage to deal with difficult site conditions
  • Provide standing supervision
  • Good knowledge of construction method
  • Good in records keeping and monitoring of work done
  • Prepare and submit site report
  • Have own transport vehicle to work and to site
