Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction and interior projects. The role involves managing daily site activities, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Monitor labor performance and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
Ensure all work meets design standards and quality requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Act as a liaison between architects, designers, engineers, and site workers.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and deliveries.
Provide regular updates on project progress to the management team.
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist in planning schedules and resource allocation.
Identify and address delays or risks proactively.
Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage logs.
Ensure proper documentation of drawings, changes, and approvals.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction or interior project supervision.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design plans.
Good leadership and team coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic knowledge of safety standards and site management practices.
Good communication and reporting skills.
