Job Description

  • Should have previous experience in overseeing Steel Structure Fabrication & Erection Works.
  • Oversee Civil works to undertake at site.
  • Able to use engineering equipment like total station, level machine etc.
  • Able to read drawings, plans and convey information to others
  • Able to manage the project site independently.
  • Able to plan for the procurement of materials.
  • Develop & follow schedule of work to meet the project deadline,
  • Coordinate with Buildcon Technical Team at Head Office and Client at Project Site. 
  • Provide site safety and security, devise and implement site policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; tools and other emergency equipment
  • Handle employee attendance, timesheets, material stoke and providing positive direction to motive
  • Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
